Learn about use of colour, mixing and colour theory. Price £930 per person based on two people sharing a twin/double room. Non-painting partners welcome. The painting holidays run for one or two weeks from May to October.
Self Catering and Bed & Breakfast 2008
Based at the casita adjoining our 250 year old cortijo in Andalusia, Southern Spain. Surrounded by stunning countryside, in twin/double bedded rooms with spacious ensuite shower rooms and private courtyards. Barbeque on dining terrace. Use of ten acres of beautiful terraces, secluded olive groves and hillside. 40 minutes inland from the Mediterranean. Ideal for birdwatching, hiking, horseriding. From £450 per week for two people. Extra rooms available at £200 each per week. The casita has salon and kitchen and surrounding terraces with 360° views.
Bed & Breakfast in the above accommodation. £70 per night for two people sharing a twin /double bedded room. Minimum two nights. £50 for single occupancy of double room.

Painting Holiday
Come and enjoy a wonderful painting holiday with us at our restored cortijo here in Andalucia, Southern Spain. Whether a total beginner or experienced artist the emphasis will be on complete enjoyment and relaxation in ten acres of inspirational surroundings with as much or as little painting as you wish.
We would like to share with you why we fell in love with this magical place and for you to have a totally relaxed painting holiday. Places are limited to six/seven people only so that you can be sure of individual tuition by Jeremy Fox-Rayner, a professional artist and designer, who will give you as much support as you require to achieve your full artistic potential. You will be able to choose whether to spend time either in the surrounding countryside, local village or at our cortijo. The choice will be yours. Jeremy will also give demonstrations and discuss all aspects of art. The Painting holiday is for one or two weeks and takes place from May to October.
Easels, stools and basic materials are supplied plus a small canvas for you to take your painting home with you.
Arco-Iris-Spain is situated inland from the mediterranean near the typical white Spanish village of Taberno where life continues as it has always done.
Acccommodation is in the adjoining casita in shared twin or double bedded rooms with spacious en-suite shower rooms and private courtyards overlooking stunning landscape. The casita also has a salon and kitchen, supplied with refreshments. The terraces surroundng our cortijo lead down to our ancient olive groves overlooked by our very own mountain. When not painting feel free to wander. Your painting holiday will include all home cooked meals and wine plus at least one evening at an authentic Spanish restaurant/bar where meat is cooked over an open fire.All inclusive. Non painting/workshop partners are welcome to share the delicious meals, wine and use of the grounds.
